According to draft amendments to the decree concerning fiscal cash registers, prepared by the Ministry of Finance, registration obligations can cover transactions which are actually not sales. The draft may be understood as obliging to register transactions between an employer and an employee which are now beyond this obligation. This may especially concern situations when medical or transport (to workplace) services are funded by the employer for its employees. If the draft is not modified, companies who are not performing retail sales and currently are not obliged to have fiscal cash registers, will be obliged to install and use them if they give such incentives to their employees.
