Jarosław Hałoń is a legal counsel and a tax advisor. He was employed at Ernst & Young Ltd. as a member of transfer pricing and tax litigation teams until 1998 when he set up his own legal practice. Jarosław Hałoń specialises in tax, business and company law. He contributes to Poland’s major nationwide daily newspapers, for which he has published a number of articles on legal and tax issues.


Maciej Kucharski is a legal counsel. In 1995 he started working for Ernst & Young in their Tax Department. In 1998 he took over as the manager at the Gdańsk branch of Ernst & Young being in charge of corporate taxation consulting. During that period Maciej Kucharski gained a broad experience in tax advice, especially for foreign owned companies. He specialises in tax law with a particular focus on transfer pricing (transactions between related entities), international trade taxation and property tax. Maciej Kucharski is an author of articles on tax law published in major Polish newspapers and magazines.

Monika Hałoń is an advocate. Monika Hałoń has been working together with Hałoń & Kucharski law firm since 2006. She has also gained professional experience while working at other legal firms in the Tri-city of Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot as well as in the District Court in Gdańsk as an assistant to the judge. Monika Hałoń specialises in commercial and employment law; she represents Clients in court proceedings. As an advocate Monika Hałoń also provides legal advice for individuals in the area of civil, family and criminal law.


Dorota Dogil - Kucharska is a legal counsel. Previously, between 1997 and 2007 she worked as a judge in the Regional Court in Gdańsk. Between 2007 and 2010 she worked as a Payroll Department Manager within HK Finance & Accounting, a company affiliated to our law firm who specialise in bookkeeping, accounting and financial consultancy for foreign entities. She has completed post-graduate studies in Personnel Management in Sopot School of Social Sciences and Humanities. She specialises in employment, corporate and commercial law. She is also a PR and Marketing Manager at Hałoń & Kucharski Law Firm


Adam Balandowski is a legal counsel. He has gained professional experience working for legal firms in the Tri-city as well as private entrepreneurs, housing communities and individuals. He specialises in all aspects of commercial law, corporate law, consumer law and litigation.


Piotr Brożyński is a legal counsel. He has gained experience in law firms in Toruń and the Tri-City. He has experience in providing a full service in relation to corporate claim recovery. He also specialises in tax law.


Artur Chamot is a legal counsel. He has gained professional experience working for legal firms, entrepreneurs, cultural institutions and individuals. He specialises in tax law and civil law.


Małgorzata Żywicka is a legal counsel. Before she started cooperation with our law firm, for over 10 years she provided legal services to the entrepreneurs, including major companies from the fuel and energy sector. She was dealing mainly with energy law, antitrust law and law concerning investments and property. She also represented Clients in court and administrative cases. She completed postgraduate studies of Competition Protection Law in Polish Academy of Science in Warsaw.


Martyna Mikusińska is a legal counsel and a PhD student of law at the University of Gdańsk. In 2008 she graduated from the Law Faculty at Gdańsk University and in 2009 she completed postgraduate studies of the Foreign Service in Warsaw School of Economics. She has gained experience in a number of law firms in the Tri-City. She specialises in commercial law, associations and foundations law and employment law. She is fluent in English and Portuguese.


Witold Basałaj is a legal counsel. He has been working in the law firm of Hałoń and Kucharski since 2014. He was VP of student research association of financial law at the University of Gdańsk, where he organized and initiated an annual cycle of workshops "Tax Academy". Witold Basałaj specializes in tax law, partnership law and commercial law.
